Total Tea- Gentle Detox Tea Review

I drink a cup of regular Lipton Black Tea nearly every morning, so when I had the opportunity to try Total Tea's Gentle Detox Tea, I thought I would branch out and give it a shot. I have a history of digestive problems, and would love to see if drinking tea could help ease my stomach.

I brewed my tea and added a bit of honey and milk. The taste is mild, with a slight citrus flavor, which I do enjoy. The box recommends drinking this tea before bed, however, I drank it in place of my morning tea. One thing's for certain- make sure that the first time you try this tea, you have a free day ahead of you. This tea does make you go to the bathroom and will alter your typical cycle. This is part of the detox process and I would say it works well! I also felt more relaxed on the days that I drank Total Tea.
