"The Corner of I Do"- Alternative Wedding Guestbook

As a bride to be, who is in the process of planning every last detail of the wedding, it can be very stressful. It seems like today, everyone goes all out for wedding planning. Decorations need to be unique and everything is personalized. This puts a lot of pressure on someone who is trying to plan a wedding in 6 months, and on a budget!
We all know about Etsy and all of the options available for purchase and personalization there, but did you know that Amazon also features a "Handmade" now?! I recently had the opportunity to review a lovely piece from Lone Star Art's Shop! They offer a wide variety of personalized wedding photos and posters that would be perfect for the big day, or even as a wedding gift.
I received a customized "The Corner of I Do" print. The print features me and my fiance's name, as well as our future wedding date. Today, it isn't very often that you see a traditional wedding guest book that is simply an empty book for signing. They are often unique mementos that would look great on display. This customized print is just that!

It is printed on sturdy 16 x 20 inch poster board with a plain white background. This makes it perfect for your guests to leave notes and fill in the white space with their names. I can't wait to have this on display at our reception! I know that my friends and family will really enjoy the interpretation of a guestbook!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Regardless, all opinions are my own.

Delicate Spring - Wedding Invitation Set Review

I recently became engaged and my fiance and I are in the process of making a whirlwind of decisions! It seems as if there is an endless number of possibilities for nearly every decision to make. From the location of the ceremony and reception, the vendors we choose, the date of the wedding, and the photographer, down to the invitation selection!

As anyone who has been through the process before, you know that nearly every single person has an opinion on your selections. You like the color purple, but your mother thinks blue would go better with the season! But remember, it's only you and your fiance's wedding! Your parent's had their chance, and this is yours. Do what you both feel is right.

An easy decision to make, is your invitations. We are going to be having a fairly simple wedding, and these Delicate Spring Wedding Invites are just the ticket! Each set includes an invitation card, RSVP card and the two envelopes you need at one reasonable price.
Like any invitation, you customize your name, your fiance's name and wedding date, however, with this set you also have the ability to select a string in the color of your theme! I love the extra's that are also available for purchase. These include:
  • Large enclosure card (4 x 6) $.75/each - this card can be used for accommodations, brief directions, parking, and any other details. Printed on either white or kraft brown cardstock.
  • Small enclosure card (3 ½ x 5) $.75/each – this card can be used for reception time and venue, registries, future address, wedding website, and any other details. Printed on either white or kraft brown cardstock.
  • Each additional custom enclosure $.75/each – this card can be used for anything from a full color quality photo to a custom message of your choice.
Be sure to check out www.envitedesigns.com to order a sample set if these are invitations that you would be interested in. Overall, I am happy with these and am seriously considering them for my wedding! The design is classy and modern, while also incorporating the popular rustic theme! Take a chance, you will not be disappointed!
