Cable is one of the biggest unnecessary bills that you can have. As a soon to be newly wed, we will be purchasing our first home in just a few months. I was shocked to hear the prices that my friends and family pay just so they can view their televisions every night! Every single person paid over $100 a month!! This is one cost I am hoping to avoid.
Previously we had a rabbit-ear type antenna. With it, we were able to pick up 5 different channels, which included 2 local news stations. We thought we were doing pretty well, that is until I received the
1byone 50 mile range digital outdoor HDTV Antenna! This product has doubled our viewing capacity, and we now receive 11 crystal clear channels.
This is with scanning for channels and keeping the
antenna inside. We have not yet tested how many channels we could receive if we placed the receiver outside of our window. Overall, I am very happy with this product and can say that it receives many more channels than your standard antenna.
