The Epica arrived with stainless steel puree and whisk attachments, a 2-cup chopping bowl, and a 3-cup blending/storage jar with a lid. It is equipped with an ergonomic handle that features a quick attachment release. The attachments are easy to clip into place and use. They lock on and are released with the push of a button. While the handle does have a bit of weight to it, the slim, curved shape helps keep your hand from getting tired. Prior to using my Epica, I turned it on to test the strength of the tool and how fast it would chop. I was surprised by its abilities and quickly put it to use to make myself a smoothie!
I added milk, ice cream, strawberries and blueberries and used the extra long puree attachment to blend everything up. Within seconds, my smoothie was complete and ready to drink! I could not believe how fast the tool blended everything perfectly and gave me a drinkable consistency.
The Epica 4-in-1 Heavy Duty Hand Blender features 350 watts, two speeds, and variable speed control. You can easily get the optimal processing speed for each task with the high and low buttons and a variable speed dial for fine tuning. No matter what the job, I am sure the Epica will be able to handle it! Be sure to check out their Amazon listing HERE.
