DIY Crochet Ear Warmers

I wanted to share a few crochet ear-warmer patterns I've made in the past. Since it is winter and the temperature is still hitting the single digits every once in a while- I figured they could be useful! & The best thing is, all of these patterns are free!

I find most of my patterns on Ravelry- If you haven't heard of it, it is a lot like Pinterest but everything is either knit or crochet. Check out my profile and register to see all the patterns available (its free)! http://www.ravelry.com/people/steph1542

The first one I made was this Quick Winter Headband by Cynthia Miller.

It is a cute, easy pattern that is different from most stitches. I added a flower, which I found here: CrochetChiq

Another Ear-warmer I made was this All Grown Up Ear Warmer by Tamara Kelly.

I learned a few new stitches making this one, and while it was difficult learning them at first, it was easy once I figured it out. I made a blue and a brown one. I used up some funky yarns I had and I think it worked well!

And the last one I made is the West Lynn Headwrap by Emily Kausalik.

The only thing I changed was adding a row of single crochet around the border to make it a little thicker.

Do you have any winter crochet patterns to recommend? Let me know if you've tried any of these!
